Slow & Steady
I'm not sure when was the last time I shared my current weight but I will get to that in a moment. I'm so excited when I get back from seeing my doctor for my monthly visit.
Well, just let us say I'm down 8 more pounds from last month, which is most likely because of water aerobics.
This is just another milestone that I'm happy to blog about because, I have been patiently waiting on this weight loss goal to appear on the scale since before the pandemic or what I usually say, "The disruption!"
Although, I'm no longer on Mounjaro the difference between that and Wegovy is what I'm going to share with you today.
Taking it Slow & Steady
The weight we have all gained over the years didn't just come on in a couple of days it took days, weeks, months, and years.
I want to encourage you, to take your time because rushing will not get you the results you want to have in the long run. I have been on this journey for a very long time, and when I didn't rush my process, I could keep off the weight never to return.
Life has a way of throwing you a curve ball but I'm here to inform you that you can make it!!
Here is too 233
I love it
I Love you too
Here's to the winning life that continues to Win!!
