Losing Grip

Hitting those days!


I have found myself in the last couple of months hitting those goals I have set for myself just to realize the next month I'm loosing momentum. 

I've had to find other alternatives for me to keep moving. I'm still loosing inches but not so much of the weight in pounds that I'm so use to looking at when I step on the scale. I know for some that can be discouraging to not see such a dramatic lost on the scale but trust and believe it is all working for your favor. 

I can tell when I put on that favorite new little outfit I have bought and now it has gotten even bigger on me that it is working for my good! 

Stay encouraged because this is only the beginning of a newer you than before! 

I'm loving the New Me and Everything attached to me! 

I'm going to keep on Moving into the Winning Life!

Look whose been hiding

Wow! 


Have you ever tried so hard to do something but it seems like it just didn't turn out right! 
I'm here to tell you that we all have had those problems but now I know of one thing that  I have done it just right. 

My Weight Loss Journey! 
Have I crashed and burned?   Yes I have but I didn't stay there! 
I picked myself up and began to do it all over again! 
I hope everyone hasn't stopped walking! 
I hope everyone if needed a break took the break and now back at it! 

I have realized that this is a Journey and it is a constant struggle 
But 
YOU CAN WIN! ................ YES! ........................YOU CAN WIN! 

Keep on moving your body! if it is dancing, you are moving, if you are walking, you are moving! 

I can't believe I'm in a 16 now and I will be posting pictures yes I will but I continue to move! 

Hopefully one day soon I will send a video of all the important things I like to do outside of walking and riding my bicycle.

Back but a challenge

I'm back! 

Let me give you a brief description about my summer!

1. I saw my health care professional and I was asked to give my body a break and allow it to rest. 
2. I obeyed the doctor wishes reluctantly. 
3. I didn't crash and burn to bad with eating habits but I did gain 10 pounds by doing what she asked. 
4. once I saw that I had gained weight I said the break was over and I'm proud to report that I have lost the weight I had gained during the summer and 5 extra. 

I must admit I was really physically tired and I wasn't aware that my journey to a winning life had stressed these muscle and I don't want to hurt myself and have any major set backs. 

I'm Thankful for the break that I had but I'm also aware that I had to really hit it hard for 2 weeks in order to remove the weight. 
I'm happy for the discipline that I have learned over the years.

Reach New Limits 

The Winning Life has challenged me to do the unthinkable! 

I have done what I thought I couldn't do!

Walk, Cycling, and now training for a Marathon

No More 10,000 steps a day!
No More 10,500 steps a day! 
I'm stepping it up! 

I'm averaging 13,000 to 17,500 a day!

Facts I must watch

Facts to Keep Watch

I really wasn't aware about diet drink since I really didn't drink a whole lot of them 
but now that I've been doing some research my attitude has changed. 

I noticed since I picked up a certain drink that I increased in pounds not by much 
but since I'm aware now!

 I have to do certain things different.

More WATER in the forecast for me!

I'll increase my footsteps for the next couple of weeks to pull the rest of this weight 
I have picked up! 

Make sure you keep a watch on what you eat or drink! 

I heard once you can't eat at everyone's table that is so True!

A New Me

Found A Newer Me

I was looking at some old photos and realize that my beginning weight wasn't 315 pounds 
it was 387 pounds. I almost began to weep but the New me wouldn't allow for the tears
Although, they would have been tears of joy I would hope but the biggest part of my weight loss problem was emotional. 
Now! I don't take the same bait like a fish on a hook! 
I eat healthier and started walking more than I took in! 
I'm so proud of me I'm a half a person down and one more to go

My New Spring Life

Spring into something New! 



I'm feeling so rejuvenated now that Spring has finally come into play! 

Something New for me was a new pair of walking sneakers! 

What is your something new in your gift to yourself in walking divine health?

If you took a break like most people or just kinda slowed around and not hit your daily goal 

Now is your time to get it started again! 

Most of all if you are bouncing back strong ..... Awesome!

If you are just starting back remember to move into your daily workout or walking slow increasing everyday or at the end of each week. 

You must start strong so you will not crash! 

I thought I had lost it but I could see that by the 3rd day I was back to my normal and increasing daily! 

You can get it done!

Don't Panic

Don't Freak Out

I must admit this week has been really challenging for me especially keeping my weight down. 
Due to several reason that comes with life 
First its been really Stressful, although I'm not a stress eater my body like retains water. 
Second, I love being outdoors to get in my physical activities.
to feel the air on my face to smell the morning dew on the grass and see the sun going down in the late afternoon. 
Although, the weather hasn't been in my favor in several weeks giving me one day each week. 

Now I'm bored about being at home and I just don't like the gym. 

I step on the scale and it read I had gain five pounds. I freaked out because for one I knew that I haven't been doing what I usually do and I really haven't dug in hard enough because of the weather. 

I want to encourage you DON'T FREAK OUT!, although it isn't going just like you planned or it wasn't the same way you lost the first twenty-five to fifty pounds last year. 

It is always good practice to change the way you do things in your life especially in weight lose.

I'm now challenging myself to another lifestyle

I'm going to take up cycling because when I started the weight lose journey I was reminded about how I felt when I took a bicycle ride and I thought that was really hard so on next week I will start riding my bicycle and we are going to see those results for a year.
 I will keep you posted on what I shall be in the new challenge

Staying True to Yourself March 2017

True to Your Commitment 

I'm still making progress, how about you? 

I wasn't aware that I was still making progress until this week. 
I wasn't aware until I tried on a outfit that was tucked away in the back of my closet. 
I had No idea that I could possibly wear this outfit because in the past it was tight on my arms.
Once, I tried it on and the arms were so loose on me I went again to the tape measure to see how many inches I had lost. 

For the sake of this post I'm now a complete 16 in most of my clothing I  No longer need the plus size 16W because even my hips and thighs have shrank. 
I'm so excited because I thought I had lost the battle but I'm winning the War! 

Honestly, I hadn't moved as much because I have been sick or under the weather but I know that now that I'm feeling better I must stay true to my commitment as living a healthier lifestyle. 

Just Keep Moving although you can't see the result at that moment but the Reward is Great!
